In the process of crafting things for the cat...
- Small box cut down to maybe 2 - 3" depth
- Strips of cardboard cut 1-2" depth and glued together.
- Lay each strip of cardboard on their end. Glue together.
- Waves and irregularity are totally fine.
- Place inside of a larger box.
- When one side is worn out, just flip it over.
- Optionally, leave sides long and cut a Port hole that cat can squeeze through. Or, just large enough to attack you with a tiny paw.
Lots of decent tutorials online, but the basic requirements for this are:
- Sisal rope, 1/4 - 3/8" thick.
- 4x4 piece of Wood
- Some hemp string for decoration
- Carpet for covering the base
Feather on String
- Tubing, clear plastic 1/8" is fine
- String or fishing line
- Feathers
- Glue
- Knowing how to tie a knot
